Meanwhile, you can read my original document of "ideas for a global climate referendum on the web", which was written in July 1999.
As you can see some of the original ideas have already been implemented in the interactive climate graphics /vote section of this site. This is a gradually evolving experimental process. Please try adjusting the parameters and submit a vote -you can always come back and change it later (using name and password) when more features have been added.
After reading this, and trying the graphics, could you please spare a moment to fill in my feedback form about ideas for the medium-term development of this site. You can add your own ideas, or just tick those you think should be given higher priority.
